This company will rob you blind like thieves in the night. They can't guarantee a check or cash but will charge you 1% for accepting a check or cash. They need shut down for their fraudulent practices and activities.

I work for a merchant in the fraud space. I attended a webinar from Signifyd.. After that webinar i was added to their email distro list. I have repeatedly asked to be removed per the Can Spam Act, but they refuse to remove me from their email distro list.

If a company cannot remove someone from a distro list, kind of ask how well are they are performing other IT activities', such as stopping fraud.

I am writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the lack of response to my repeated emails sent to Signifyd's customer support team. Despite multiple attempts spanning several weeks, I have not received a single acknowledgment or resolution to my inquiries.

As a customer, it is my rightful expectation to receive prompt and effective support when encountering issues or seeking assistance. Unfortunately, your team's lack of responsiveness has left me feeling neglected, ignored, and deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Signifyd.

My attempts to reach out and obtain assistance have been met with silence, which is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. It is disheartening to see that a company like Signifyd, known for its reputation and commitment to customer satisfaction, has displayed such a disregard for its customers' needs

Stunningly opaque company. We were solicited to consider their service as we moved to implement a new Magento website. But after multiple emails, multiple provision of our company information, we got nothing back. Phone calls to the company's "customer service" line were met with "sorry but all we can do is take a message and someone will get back to you." We can only imagine if we were able to make use of their service and then had a claim.

Please stay away from Signifyd if you are really looking for a reliable partner that protects you from fraudulent orders. I started using them on March 2019 - 3 years now during all of that period of time I never received a chargeback and I was paying my monthly fees to them without delays as they have card on file they charge you without delays. On February 5th 2022 I received my first chargeback for $215 as of today March 14 I still did not receive promised reimbursment for this chargeback. I have been in commincation with their support for more than 2 weeks and they can't just pay me back the value of this chargeback. What kind of protection I got? ZERO I have paid them more than $20000 in 3 years as fees and now I'm unable to take $215. I hope someone can read this review and stay away from them.

Integration with Website is great and detailed. Filing a claim for an approved order can be frustrating, but I think things will get better. Originally I posted this as a scam with a 1 star rating stating Signifyd will find everyway possible not to pay a claim. We had 4 claims denied based on paperwork dates that made it look like we filed our claim too late, but in fact was a delay in paperwork getting to us so that we could file with Signifyd. I was frustrated and could not find a phone number to chat with a live person. Shortly after posting my review, I was contacted by email and phone and had a great chat regarding this situation and how best to resolve it and avoid it in the future. Long and short of it is to date stamp your mail (honor system) as to when it was received. You don't need all the info to file the claim. You have 7 days to let them know a chargeback exists and then 30 days to get everything together. I can NO LONGER say its a scam or that they are unethical. Its more like a marriage. We just had to talk to each other kindly and civilly to better understand the needs/requirements and wants of the other. They also adjusted my declined claims to approved status which is why they now get a middle of the road grade from a failing grade. Hopefully one day I can adjust it upward again.

Sure they may prevent 1 or 2 actually fraudulent transactions a year but they will not approve 100s more good transactions along with it. Making your customers mad. If any customer uses your site to have items drop shipped all those orders will show as fraud. Simply not good enough yet, costs still outweigh the benefits. Customer service not so great when trying to solve problems.
