Consistently great service. Our property sits on 9 acres so we need a lot of signs from time to time. The Sign Factory products are good quality & last a long time. As a non-profit with a tight budget, this as well as a competitive pricing matters to us. As we remodel our campus, we have been upgrading signs and the responses have been very positive for each new sign we place. Ernie & Hector work with my teams to help design what we want and how we want to convey our messages. They are also great at suggesting the right type of signs for short term events so that you have the options of reusing some materials for the next round of annual events. Spent months being led on by these guys. They quoted me to do the project then backed out when I kept politely asking what was happening. Apparently, installing 2 black banners with white font was too difficult for them. The secondary part of the project was a permanent lit sign. My business is on Pacific Coast Highway and I've probably lost thousands of dollars in work waiting for these guys patiently. They seem like good guys but dealing with them has been about as difficult as eating jello with chopsticks. I can't imagine these guys are from HB with how flakey this whole thing has been. Totally unreliable from my experience. They sent two guys out. The first time several months ago who no longer works there. The second guy about a month ago.

The lighting on our exterior signage went out during a period of heavy rain on one of our most important days of the season. Ernie & Bob were extremely responsive and were able to partially diagnose the problem via email and text. They came out the same day, in the rain! and were able to get us back up and running at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!
