Sierra Commons was perfect for my partner and me! We were visiting from SoCal for a week and needed a quiet and reliable place to work remotely. The owner, Robert, was super helpful in getting us set up with plenty of space, and beautiful surrounds. The inside and outside work areas are a delight, and the wifi speeds were over 300 download / 40 upload consistently. Kitchen is large, coffee machine and tea available, and a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

Great place to co-work when I was in the area and were able to accommodate me for a day pass. They also have a generator, so you can stay connected to work if needed during a storm.
Space is nice and bright with lots of windows and plants and was very quiet when I was there.

I needed a place to do a marathon of online calls and I was visiting Nevada City for the week. Sierra Commons is a great spot to do a day of work in the woods. It’s a nice facility with plenty of space inside and outside. There are some really nice folks there, not too busy, definitively good for calls and productivity! Better than a cafe, which I find really distracting. And how much coffee do you really want to buy? You need to call (Robert) first before coming in. Payment is for the internet by the increment desired. It’s equivalent to other day passes I have purchased in other coworking offices that I have visited. Seats are comfy, views of the trees are nice and it’s a nicely kept converted house. I’ll go again the next time I have to work while visiting here!

I am so grateful I found Sierra Commons. For me, starting a new business was exciting and overwhelming all at once. Sierra Commons is a great place to work! I wasn't really sure about coworking at first. I didn't really know what coworking was. I wasn't really sure that I would enjoy a shared work environment. I love it! Now I know that Sierra Commons is a group of people who work remotely, or who are self-employed- like freelancers or consultants who come together in one shared working environment and form a community. The work space is wonderful. It's the exact right balance of professional and casual. They have reliable, high-speed internet, clean facilities, conference rooms, and all the coffee you can drink!

Sierra Commons has transformed my work life! After over a decade of working from a home office i gave Sierra Commons a try when I was moving and didn't yet have a new home office set up.
