Unfortunately I have to use them because we are in city limits. The services are high compared to Murfreesboro. Not only that but the two lady’s in customer services are so unprofessional and rude I have been a customer over 25 years I have 5 or 6 service at a time with them and they literally treat me like I’m wasting their time. The two tellers on the other side are great very polite and always smiling. Sorry but I had enough but at least I can share my experience. their customer service at the customer service desk keeps getting worse and worse now they don’t even want to get out of their chair to talk to someone and they’re very disrespectful. Just wanna give you a follow up.

We would give six stars if it was allowed. We opened an account for city water and electric back in 2009, the process was smooth and efficient. We had a problem with our sewer draining slow and when we phoned them, they promptly came out. We experienced brown outs with our electricity and the responded promptly with several engineers that eventually lead to a new power pole and transformer. We visit the office each and every month to pay our bill and we always get prompt friendly service. Cudos to each and every employee as we see them all along our city working hard to provide the services that we desire!

The person at Customer Service window, Tiffany, is so unprofessional, rude, just because you been at a job for years it doesn't mean you are good at it, and if it makes you miserable to be there, then leave the job to someone that can give better services to people of the community. Don't make us feel like we are supposed to know the process of a service when its their job to do it and explain kindly. City, I hope you do something about it, just look at your reviews!!! Give them proper training of Customer Service.

My experience was horrible and the customer service ladies spend their time talking. My husband and I were at the window for more than 20 minutes waiting to be served and they were ignoring us. When they saw that I took pictures, one of them got up from her chair to ask me what I needed. Not to mention that she didn't even greet me. They should change this staff. They are not professionals. They are there to help the customers of the community, not to ignore us.

Bill higher this month than ever and this house has been built since 1969. Talked to a lot of people in town and everyone’s bill went up over 100 dollars. No hotter this month than last year at this time and it was 125 higher this year. Called and talked to customer service. Heard they were rude and yep they sure are. Everyone at power company must have gotten a good bonus this month.

Well I'll start with the fact I and my husband are on the account. I called to make a payment arrangement like I had done before and all Of a sudden only my husband is allowed to make the payment arrangements. My husband put me on the account so I could take care of the bills because he works 7 days a week. Then just today my husband called to make a payment arrangement and now they're saying you can only make payment arrangements 3 times a year and can't be Consecutively. We are all suffering from this Economy! I myself have been out of work because I almost died in October and have been in and out of the hospital since then. I mean Who has oversite over them? Do they just get to do whatever they want? Make up rules as they go along?
