Service Titan is amazing company. It's a premium investment, but something that is so integral to our company it would be hard to trust something that is less. It's not the perfect software, but it seems like they're committed to being the best in class company for the trades. They listen to feedback and constantly iterate to make themselves better. Above and beyond the software though, they have a great team that cares passionately for the businesses they serve. Tim Sjobeck has been one of our mentors and facilitating one of our peer groups which before Service Titan, it would've been impossible to find a group of other businesses that are similarly minded wanting to win. Tim's an awesome facilitator and brings his real world experience to the table which helps everyone in our group rather than a "software guy" who knows a little bit about business. Appreciate Service Titan and we wouldn't be company we are without them.

Service Titan is improving there system and keeping it up to date and we always get the support needed. Gor our representative is so patient and most helpful. He's understanding and helps us get through the things we are having trouble with and don't understand.
He can check our flow and suggest where we need fixing. It takes awhile to get things going great but you can keep tweaking things to be better if you reach out and get support.

Service Titan is an excellent product that is operated and supported by an outstanding team of professionals that are super well versed in data organization, collaboration and integration for the trades industry. They provide excellent resources in self-education for their product as well as interactive classes such as Ember sessions. Shout out to Joel Pachefsky my current Ember Sessions instructor. I look forward to expanding and implementing my knowledge base in Service Titan. Thanks Joel. I recommend this program to all companies operating in the trades industry.

I've been utilizing the ServiceTitan software for almost nine years at my current company. The software is constantly improving and adapting to available technologies and the world around us. They were helpful in putting in place Covid forms and various reporting and tracking mechanisms that helped our service company navigate an ever-changing environment in the service world, which was amazing! Our team loves the KPI tracking, reporting, dashboards and invoicing within the software. I greatly appreciate that we can export our invoices and payments into Intacct for daily/monthly reconciliation. They have a well established online Facebook community of users willing to help each other and some great training programs via Ember and Sparks. There is a learning curve to the ServiceTitan software. I compare it to Microsoft Excel; based on how much you know and how much you are willing to train on the software to use it right, it can be your best friend or your worst enemy. Note: I love both Excel and ServiceTitan (LOL). My recommendation: Take full advantage of trainings, certification programs and every KPI, form, communication method, marketing function, ect... (all the things)... and the software is 100% worth the cost/time/effort you'll put into it, and will help grow your business and increase customer satisfaction.

We have been using Service Titan for several years and don't always maximize it. I joined Joel Pachefsky's Spark Sessions recently and have found that the interaction with other business owners and leaders is providing me with clarity and practical solutions - both what to do and not do. Joel does a great job facilitating these sessions and providing the technical expertise that we aren't always finding in the knowledge base.
