If I could rate this place zero stars for terrible customer service, I would. Today, I went to their office because there was an error on one of my tax reports and I wanted to fix it so I wouldn't have problems with the IRS. The only thing she did was fix the error with a pen instead of correcting it right and told me to send it like that. I told the lady that it could cause a problem because of outside research I had done. She got mad and then started being very rude and said that we owed her money. I told her my husband would pay her whenever he got at the office. I sat down to wait for my husband to pick me up and asked her for all of our documents and she said she didn't have to provide me with anything and told me to leave or she would call the cops. As a client, I have the right to receive all my documents from the office. I do not recommend their services.

I'm not sure how this place is in business when they don't get back to you. Absolutely no customer service! I visited with a worker here by the name of Kathy about accounting and tax services in August. She told me to send everything via email to her. I sent everything on 10/16/22 and didn't hear anything so I sent a follow-up up email on 10/27/22 to which I finally received a reply on 10/31/22 saying everything was received, but she had something that needed submitted that day and then she'd get back to me. Another month goes by without a response. I sent a final email on 12/13/22 to which I still haven't received a reply. At this point, I have no intentions of doing business with this company, but I hope to save someone else the hassle. Choose someone else for your accounting and tax service needs!

They never answer their phone lines, will let the phone ring and ring and ring then anwser it, just to hang it up again. THEN you call back and they've left the phone off the hook. This is a place of business, people pay money for their services, yet their staff doesn't seem too interested in their clients. *Some advice* hire a receptionist, your office is lacking in customer service and professionalism!
