There is a lack of communication between the offices and it is blamed on the customer. Kendra Bryant is rude and speaks to you like you are an idiot, glad she isn't my employee.

it's just insane how they can charge this much, i went from a 4 bedroom 2 bath house and whats really crazy someone wired it up wrong so you would have to leave an attic light on 24/7 just to have eletric to the living room, Kitchen/Dining room. highest bill out this was maybe $250.00.

move to bloomfield super small trailer 2 bedroom 2 bath, i work pretty much 60-80 hours a week so im very rarely home and only use power in one room when im thier just to have power in that room for a full month $500.00

Charge .80 cents a day for what is called convenience fee yea whatever and btw if yo want a pole light its another 8 dollars a month plus have problems all the time and customers are never right and it wont let me give 0 stars so i have to settle with one
