Drove a client from Tullahoma had to engage ramps and unload a wheelchair. To go around back, up the ramp up to the door to find it locked during business hours. Texted the number to find out when they would open. It was read but no response. Had to go back down the ramp around the building and reload the person . No sign on door ect. Bad communication for customers.

This was my worst experience with Sellabration Soulition. My Apple Tablet worked fine. My screen was only cracked. I took it to SS and it is a total mess now. They messed it up. They broke the button, the touch pad is messed up. It tells you every time you turn it back on it doesn't work. It wasn't like that when I took it to SS. The screens keep jumping back and forth to different games and other screens. I've taken it back 3 times and each time I had to pay for the screen. And I paid her $150 to fix it and it's still not working. I'm truly pissed, angry and......I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone not even my dog. So be careful who you get to fix your tablet. The worst experience and I'm still very mad.

They fixed my iPhone 6 screen and I only spent $75.00. Very pleased! I was so happy to get my screen fixed and the side buttons fixed too for so cheap. The lady and young lady there are so very nice! They did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone. 🙂 thanks guys!

This place sucks! All I needed was a new screen and they replaced the screen but now my front my camera doesn’t work at all and they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. It was working fine before she replaced the screen. Took it back to get the camera fix now I can’t even make phone calls and hold the phone up to my face without calling everybody and it ending the call because of the screen sensitivity. They didn’t fix what they broke then offered me a new phone to replace it, then told me I had to pay for it. Will never be going back to this place!! Very upset with this business!

Kim is absolutely great and answered all the questions I had and if she didn't have what I needed in store she ordered it right then and called me when it arrived! This place rocks!!!! They also value our lives and take all steps to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all customers!

Stacy really helped me so much. My screen was cracked and very hard to see.
She replaced the screen in 30 minutes!!
A free screen protector comes with the replacement price.
I bought a nice case also.
I am very grateful.. what a A+++++ business
