Great service they were quick to install. Little to 0 issues with thier internet. Is great internet for streaming. We can stream mutiple devices no issues. My 13 yr old complains when hes gaming about the speed however we are streaming many devices. Only time its really gone our is usually a big storm and its been quickly restored. We have have recomended it to others. Best internet we have had in the we probaly had this internet for 5 of the 9 years of living here. Tried TDS, Hughs net and one other they were awful. Love the fact they are local. Not to mention thier generosity to help support different youth programs.

Terrible service. I work from home, and there are times when I have shut down and wait for the internet to speed up so I can unlock my screen. Looking for a different service with the speeds I need. Run, run like the wind….if you are looking at Selk for your internet service. 😡😡😡😡

They came out to evaluate our location initially when I called.. very prompt. When we called them to then do the install, they again were very prompt, friendly. and knowledgeable. Great people to work with!! We previously had Hughes Net, snd were very unhappy with our speed, connection, as well as customer service. Our speed and connection with Selk is already so much better, and I am so happy to be working with a LOCAL business and great team. Thank you!!

We lose Internet connection often while our wireless unit holds strong. Difficulty reporting issues as it is usually after hours or on weekends when the office is closed. It would be nice to have a place to report issues or even an are to view active problems.

The wireless service offered is horrible, but it is either Selk, or Country Wireless for us, and they don't have any better reviews. No such thing as "high speed" out here.
Signal constantly drops out - usually when you are in the middle of trying to do something important (like pay bills).
$39.95/mo for a "whopping" 2Mbps download speed (supposedly - rarely ever is).
Complaining might get results for a couple of hours, but then back to the same BS - dropped signals, slower than molasses in January, and so on.
If there were a better choice available to us, we would be all over it!
(edited to add) I also think it is hilarious that their FB reviews are padded with obvious family members giving 5 stars, then they shut down the reviews option after getting a bunch of 1 star reviews. HaHa, nice try, Selk.
