Travis is awesome! Being locked out can feel super stressful and he got me in easy peasy in less than 15 min and had a new key made in no time. Was going crazy with some poorly made keys that came with the house we bought...would not open the deadbolts without having to wiggle the key... No matter which entrance door...all took the same procedure to open .. the last thing anyone wants after a long day of work is to have trouble getting into the sanctuary of one's home...Copies of copies... Of the key... bad copies... Thought I was going to need to buy new deadbolts. Staff here quickly told me that a better made key could fix my problem... In 5 minutes the staff had two newly cut improved keys made from my bad key I brought in... I went home and it was like a miracle happened... The key easily opened my locks... On each door it was like Christmas morning! It's the little things in life I tell you, well I am still joyous days later and am excited to use the new keys and my blood pressure has lowered too I think! They saved me money and I can't recommend them enough.

Travis and his colleagues gave me a solid win. I was having trouble with my garage door, lock, and none of the companies that sell the door wanted to help rekey it, only sell me a brand new lock.
Travis took the lock back to his shop, and in a short time managed to get new keys made for it. Would totally go back to them again.

I can't complain too much because they were able to make a new key for my car after the one I was using broke. However, I was quoted $75 by the younger guy working there after he had some time to assess my situation, but I ended up paying double that ($157 with tax) after the other employee rung me up. But the key they made works well, which is good.
