Racist and rude staff! Went in to make a purchase on my birthday. The Caucasian lady looked me and my husband in the face and did not speak. No, Hello or someone will be right with you. As she was helping a customer we were waiting patiently. The customer asked her did she need to assist us. Her response was No! I then asked for the manager and told them they just lost a sale. I guess she assumed African Americans wasn't worth helping. I refuse to spend my dollars at place that don't respect me as a race!

I feel fortunate to live so close to this amazing camera shop. I’ve been to B and H in NYC and it’s great but you can’t beat the customer service like at Schillers. No wonder they have been in business for over 100 years!

Long story short, while transferring photos from 14 years ago from a disc to a USB, my computer crashed and all my photos were gone. I was devastated. Schillers was very kind about the pickle I was in and sent the disc to their lab to see where my photos went. Two days later I got the call that they were able to find them and put them on a USB. Turn around time is great as well as the price to recover them. I would recommend anyone here. Thanks again guys.

I went in to have my sensor cleaned and as soon as I walked in someone was ready to help me. Amazing customer service, the entire staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. A special shoutout to Timothy who did a beautiful job cleaning my sensor in 15 minutes, this is the quickest service by far!!!

Fantastic staff and community. They helped me and my friends restart our photography hobbies with lots of new gear in 2023. The staff is really helpful and passionate about cameras. I highly recommend shopping here at Schillers Camera.

I contacted them about repairing an older Sony Camcorder, giving them the details, make, model, etc., and they told me $44.00 to send out to a Sony tech. I drove 20 miles to drop off my camera only to be told the cam is too old and Sony won't service it. Then they offered no apology for wasting my time, and they were acting like I was about to rob the place or something before they even spoke with me. Never coming here again, very poor and disgusting service.

Now they make things up. I will post the chat if I can find it on my end to prove what I am saying. I am very thorough when I follow up in life because of the work that I do, and I feel you're very disrespectful by avoiding the truth. I won't go there ever again. This I know is the truth.
