Russell Research's call center in India will not stop calling despite how many times I've told them we're not interested.

I see that of about 6 other reviewers over the course of 3 years or so, some are caucasian, a majority of them call themselves "local guide(s)" (whatever that means, other than the ratings in their "reviews" (sometimes without qualification) tend to be higher and maybe they have too much time on their hands). Indeed, that contrasts with the remainder, who are business persons, and in this firm's case, rated it quite low.
We are a safety consulting business, providing inspections and other services in the central time zone in Canada and we were contacted a few days ago (Nov. 19, '20) by an interviewer for Russell Research, for what was advertised to be a (maximum length) 5 minute survey. Almost 28 minutes after taking the call, the survey was finished.
We're still not entirely sure what the survey was about other than it focused on safety elements (what they kept calling "features") across industries with (at least historically) questionable safety records and involving pieces of large equipment and soliciting comments thereupon.
The interviewer had a reasonable command of the English language but had a heavy east Indian accent which considerably slowed the survey down.
They disclosed that they were based in New Jersey, U.S.A., but the area code on the call display for the call is for New York City, and who knows if the actual call center was even in North America.
At the end of the suvey, the interviewer asked for an email address to which a (link to?) "compensation" gift card would be sent. There's been nothing received at that email address so far (though the prospect of this was maybe why one of the other "reviewers" kept becoming engaged to "talk about interesting things").
We're disappointed to see the other business persons speak of the tenacity with which future contacts were made and hope that this is not what we should be expecting. I'm giving a rating of 3 out of 5 at this point, but that could change in the future.

You have got to learn English if you want to conduct a good survey guys.... Calling me from a VA number Saying your Based in NJ when I can clearly hear that your calling from a Indian call center in Gurugram. Come on not even trying....

Will not stop calling business, I took their the little survey in the hopes that they will stop but wont. Very annoying especially when trying to run a business.
