Wish I could give less than one star. Sadly, my experience was awful and I didn’t even get as far as seeing the doctor. I waited six weeks for this appointment and now I’m starting all over again. I walked inside, small waiting room full of people, I go to the front desk and the receptionist started asking me personal information as if he were the doctor. I stupidly answered, thinking it was possible?
Pay my co-pay, have a seat and wait. Garbage on the floor near the garbage can, ripped carpeting and filth in the waiting room, but it gets better. 45 minutes later I go back up to the front desk and ask to reschedule my appointment (as an exit without embarrassment since everyone hears all conversations). Same guy says “just wait, five more minutes and the doctor is going to give you a call on your cell phone for your history to expedite the process. go back and have a seat and I promise it’ll be five minutes”. I questioned him but still convinced myself that I should give it a shot. As I go back to sit down, the patient next to me gets their phone call from the doctor and starts talking about all of their personal lab work and information in front of all of us. I chuckled, stood up and walked out. Once back In my car, I called back to the front desk and left a voicemail because no one answered and I said “I left. Please refund me for my copayment. I was very uncomfortable with HIPAA laws being broken etc. “. Funny enough, about 70 minutes later I get a phone call from the doctor wanting to start talking about my history,. I told her of my discomfort with their practice; she claimed to understand and said she would advise the front desk of my canceled appointment, etc To date, they haven’t returned my phone calls, (left many voicemails since) haven’t refunded my copay and have had a full mailbox many times I’ve tried to call back.
DON’T USE THEM. THEIR CREDENTIALS ARE AWFUL as I’ve now done the research I should have done before making my original appointment. Bad business!!!

Great Dr- once you make it to actually seeing him. The wait time is never less than 2 hours, and once you're called back you have to spend even longer fielding your way through multiple interns who ask you the same hundred questions over and over again. They never answer the phone, and don't bother leaving a message as they won't call you back, either. The office staff is rude, the waiting room has too few seats so the small room is full of people standing with no place to sit (and remember, you're going to be there over 2 hours at least.) I do like Dr Rizvi, but after several years I couldn't do it anymore, and when I called to make an appointment with a new endo, they asked my reason for coming there and when I said the wait times and incompetent office management was terrible at my current Dr, they immediately knew who it was without my saying anything or giving them any info yet. When you have built a reputation like that in your town and among your peers, it's past time for some changes to be made.

Dr. Rizvi is talented and professional endocrinologist. Had experience of working with him, he is genius and practice based on the updated medicine.
His clinic provides better treatment to the patients of the town. He is humble, gentleman and a professional doctor. I had a great learning experience from him. Staff of the clinic is also professional and sound.

This place makes patients lose too much time. I will definitely go to a different place next time, a place where I won't have to wait for almost 3 hours to see the doctor for less than 10 minutes.

The doctor was very patient with me and also very calm and respectful. The receptionist is a sweetheart she walk me through everything that I need it at that time .
