The older guy who works there is rude or he likes to make things hard on women n once we called for directions he gave me them right the opposite n when we finally get n the store we re greeted with what can I help u with n my friend said a key n turns out now we gotta have the car too defeats whole purpose of me bringing the key n needless to say what money they make sure doesn’t go toward attitude or personality n u would think gentleman would offer more assistance with anything ?s we ask but I m going to let everyone I know (n that’s a lot more than most) know to not waste your time n patience with them also not a soul was n office n no customer service skills at all I was highly disappointed.And u would think the oldest generation lead by example instead of sitting there like Bah humbug and it’s barely not even Halloween so I know Christmas ain’t here to have that attitude

They only take cash but that was no problem..locked my keys in my car & I called around 7:30 pm & help showed up within 20-25 mins max. Super quick & affordable! Definitely recommend!

Was worried about it, due to my key being a chip key, and he was able to make it. So, I bought two keys!!
Well worth the money, extremely kind, professional, prompt and excellent service.
Will definitely refer them to anyone who needs a locksmith.

This is the second time I've misplaced my keys and Mr. Romans was very nice & came fairly quickly when I called. It only took 5 minutes once he arrived to program my fob to my car. I was very satisfied with his work.
