Great experience with Dallas RSC! I had many questions and customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. Sent in my Datejust 36 for a service and dial swap from black to blue. Watch came back three weeks later looking like new and running like a top with at rate of +1 second per day.

Very professional and communicative. Not inexpensive but you can be assured you will receive factory certified Rolex parts and excellent service. Even have swiss chocolates in the lobby! You can drop off and pick up your watch to save on postage if you are going to be in Dallas. My 25 y/o Rolex Oyster looks brand new and is keeping perfect time.

Great experience. Went to get an estimate on having my Rolex watch serviced. They inspected it and gave me a quote. Told me how long it would take if I had left my watch. There is plenty of parking for free. Easy to get to.

I lost my dad as a teenager. Flash forward a few decades, rummaging through his old jewelry, cuff links, watches, I picked up his old bubble back wristwatch he used as a work watch. He even put a twist o flex band on it - real popular in the 60s/70s!! 😁 Covered in grime, I wound it up and it worked perfectly, after having sat in that drawer for 3 decades. Excited to get this heirloom cleaned, I took it into the Dallas Rolex repair shop, bought an aligator band for it, asked that they clean it up. Honestly? They acted like they were put off completely! They seemed shocked it still worked perfectly. I explained my dad died of cancer ages ago and this was in his things, and I planned to wear it daily in remembrance of him. Months rolled on by as the watch sat forgotten in a drawer ( Their own explanation not mine). I got a bit stern asking for my watch to get cleaned and retuned to me stat, it was taking a ridiculous amount of time (6months at that point) just to be cleaned! I finally got the watch back, but unhappy with what they did, I took it to Hans the watchsmith in Houston, who did a great job cleaning it up thoroughly and shipping it back to me… the reason I am rating Rolex repair in Dallas so poorly is because Hans called me and asked if I realized that ‘Rolex marked my watch irreparable’!!!!! When it was WORKING!!! It just needed cleaning!!! How in the F dare they do that to a family heirloom, a watch that was working perfectly, and simply needed to be cleaned up?!? This was clearly done out of spite, and I have no answers as to why they were that ugly. Thusly, this is the first and last Rolex in my Watch cabinet, filled otherwise with Breitlings, Oakley’s and tag Heuer. Rolex, unbelievably and sadly, went out of their way to disrespect and disregard my father’s memory and he was a GREAT man and father.

Very impressed by their attention to details and assistance. They under-promise in terms of time but certainly over-deliver.
As you can imagine they are very busy these days so expect a 2-3 week turnaround time depending on what your order is. Definitely call before you visit. They accept walk-ins.

Exceptional experience with service of my Submariner 16610 at Rolex Service Center (RSC) in Dallas. Personally flew from New Jersey to Dallas just to drop off my beloved timepiece (yes, I am nuts). But...Dallas has a great reputation...

Customer service was excellent, and personalized. The Rolex Service Technician analyzed my timepiece while I waited and provided a quote (20 minutes in time). Wanted a routine service, and light polish.

Upon the work being completed I received both an e-mail and personalized telephone call to notify...

Today I received the timepiece back, about a month after drop-off. Had it shipped via FedEx. Packaged securely, it was polished perfectly, serviced and included the service warranty card. I could not be happier.

We sent in my Mothers Rolex, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Mike Thomas, he called to give the details of my Mothers Rolex service. Mike was extremely friendly, helpful, and explained in great detail the nature of the service. It was a superb experience, Mike's customer service was top notch. Thank you Rolex for employing people whom take the time, explain the service completely and treat customers with such a great, friendly demeanor.
