Horrible experience w Roastar. Poor quality bags. I ordered 200 coffee bags and unfortunately was not impressed by the quality. 1. Zip tin ties came loose, broken, crooked or no tin tie at all. 2. Cheap material 3. The bags get discoloration when sealed

I reached out to them and the response I got was: use a lower temperature to seal the bags. Well, clearly the temperature is not the problem because temperature doesn’t damage tin ties that are already defective and we sealed many other coffee bags from other companies (including amazon) and have never had issues w those products.

I've been working with Roastar for 2+ years and can't recommend them enough. The packaging is high-quality and comes out beautiful every time, we rarely deal with any defective bags. We've had the same customer service rep for 2 years and she's been so good to us. Always responsive, always professional, and helps us with everything from design questions to payment questions. Low MOQs, fast shipping, I could go on and on...

I love working with Roastar. I work for a nutrition company and Roastar does all of our custom packaging printing. We have been working with them for years and they have done a great job. Pricing is competitive, quality is always fantastic, and customer service is always spot on. Occasionally lead times can be a bit long, so plan to place your orders in advance. All in all a great company to work with.

I worked with Katrina for the first time as she is my new rep. As expected she was super nice and prompt. The bags came out amazing, as they always do, and she was able to guide me through the new changes/procedures regarding my bags and it was seamless. Roastar is always great, I will always recommend them because of the quality of their bags...but, also the people who are there for support are of an even higher quality!
