We have several companies that use RJY - honestly some of the experiences have been good but the one that has been bad makes it not worth the good ones. We have the largest real estate office in our city. Since we switched from a locally owned company to RJ Young it has been a nightmare. We have actually had agents leave our office and join other firms and literally name the printers as one of the reasons. We told RJY our needs and system and went with what THEY recommended and I wish we had not. Today our staff had to put this little sign on yet ANOTHER machine that doesn’t work. To be honest, I’m not sure if there was ever a month of days strung together in which the machines actually worked as promised at the same time.

I had a problem with my copier, placed a service call and received immediate response! David, the service technician who came to my office, was very knowledgeable, and efficient. He did an excellent job and left my office neat (past technicians have not done so). I was very impressed with the service that RJ Young provided. Thank you!

We have had the worst experience with this printer company!
Our former bookkeeper signed a contract with this company for 5 years without our knowledge; no owner signed our contract. The one sales person who visited within the first year would flirt with our staff to upgrade before being asked not to return by the owner. Our sales person has changed so many times we didn't know who it was for 3 years. We didn't have any maintenance service completed to our equipment for over 3 years until it locked; which it stayed for 3 days before a service person came out. All services are not included so there are additional fees for services. Our scanner on the equipment doesn't allow us to scan from any of our computers; still a current problem. Their fees have gone up without any form of notice.
We are completely dissatisfied with the printers and service we have received and the only option provided was a buyout of our contract that the owners never signed. We are looking forward to the day they come and collect their printers; we will never use them again.

We have used RJ Young for our copier/printer/fax/scanner needs for many years and have always been pleased with their service. The company I work for recently made the decision to upgrade our device and John Picklesimer was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our needs, was very patient with us and got us a fantastic deal. Set up was quick and easy and the new machine works great. I know if we ever have any issues we can contact RJ Young and they will get us up and running quickly. I know this because our old machine was over 10 years old so there were issues, due to its age, but RJ Young was always able to get parts and get us back up and running.

Great people doing business with! Sarah was amazing to work with when we were looking for a printer for our small business. she was with us every step of the way and follows up with us very often to make sure we have the best service.
