It's a Amazing Community of people. We are also on the bus line, short distance to downtown Wausau, to area parks, gas stations, pubs, restaurants, and more.

They don't clean the air ducts yearly, their washers and dryers consistently break down and have problems . their manegement is not easy to work with .when it comes to improvements compliments or criticism, they do not offer wifi in the apartments just down in the cafeteria they do not offer cable to tenants . they do not offer phone or hotspot service . they do not clean room vents or bedroom fans leaving tenants liable to injury and put in harms way

Excellent housing for low income or disabled individuals. I enjoy visiting my dad here or hanging out with friends at the gazebo in the attached park area.

I lived there from February 1st 2014 to September 28th 2019 I loved it there I moved out because I got married for a 2nd time. Please give it a try living there!
