all of the people are rude there, i’ve always called to get a response from them, and they don’t even know what they’re doing sometimes, or always giving the wrong info, they’re so unprofessional, it’s upsetting. I have health problems and am in need of medical and they don’t see that, i’ve given all the information needed and they still don’t answer when i try to get a call back from them, supervisors never answer, i’ve left voicemails for my case worker, and she still never given me a call back. They all need to get fired and hire people who actually care for people who are IN NEED. Always homeless people outside of the office too. I went inside a couple times and one time that i had went inside the office, i wanted to speak with my case worker and she didn’t even see me, she called my phone and i answered in the office, but when i was calling their office, they don’t answer ? absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point of going inside the office to talk to someone if they’re just going to call your phone number in their office. So disappointed in this place, their staff, everything about it. they transfer me to their supervisor or caseworker just to go straight to voicemail. nothing gets done here and if i wanted to give 0 stars as an option, i will.

If I could rate 0 I would. They never answer the phone or return calls! If you go in you have to wait at least 4 hrs to speak to someone and nothing gets done. I have no insurance even though it shows I turned in my paperwork on time. It just said pending for over a year so I can’t even reapply because it said pending. I also have food stamps but can change the fact that I lost my job! They need to shut this place!

It’s BLEH… I mean it’s packed, smells and sometimes you have to wait what feels like an eternity. However, I’ve gotten some helpful workers and they’ve provided me with decent assistance. I suggest you wait outside early if you need to submit documents! When I say early I mean before opening. This location has digital kiosks if you’re looking for a quick in-and-out option to scan forms. There’s a helpful attendant next to the kiosk waiting to assist. The DPSS office also has ALOT of seating and parking which is a major plus. Be prepared for some snappy workers at the front desk!

They are the worst! I told her I’m a college student not making much and I was still only given $23 monthly (meaning they made a mistake). You can’t even contact anybody and when you try to reapply, they still never call! So quick to send mail that you’ll have an appointment but never calling back. It was easier in Los Angeles getting somebody than in Hemet which is surprising because this is a VERY SMALL COUNTY. They need to do better.

Worst ever they Never answer the phones workers are always shit chatting with each other they always eating some of them look like they are on drugs and restrooms are used to used drugs in there I seen a girl with a glass pipe in there trowing smoke security guards are always chillen with the customers it’s a it’s a chaos in there

I’ve never been upset with a in person visits to our Hemet County of Riverside office. All interactions workers has been professional and friendly very pleasant experience ! If you were trying to get something done, you definitely need to go in in person. They definitely need to update their phone system. I like to thank you so very much for your time and understanding ! MF

What is going on here?! Recertification was denied without being reviewed!? I completed everything sent everything and am denied bc of staffing issues? Put on hold then Hung up on 2 times! And why do i suddenly no longer have a case worker! Walking in tomarrow!

Our Medical worker has not returned calls. I uploaded documents she requested on the app benefits Card a day after due in August and again in November and she hasn't reviewed. I requested appointment on app twice and haven't received one. Our Medical still is discontinued and the letter Jodi Turner sent says we have until November 30th, 2023.
Going to go to office in person this week to see if I can resolve this situation.. it has caused me to have to pay my premium for Medicare and I can't afford the rest of my bills.
