I spoke to Mr. Jackson today after locking myself out of the job sprinter. He gave me a 45 minute eta and arrived in 40 minutes. Coming from Atlanta, 45 minutes really mean an hour and 45 easily. He got here, no attitude, appropriately dressed and it was all at a reasonable prices. Thank you river region and thank you Jackson!

I was definitely in a jam! Drove off with my keys on the trunk of my car. Fortunately, I had an extra key Fob for my car, but my extra house key was in my locked house. I called River Region Locksmith and Security, one of few that provide 24 hour service. A friendly voice answered when I called, his name is Jackson. Jackson said that he had just started a job with another client but should be finished within an hour. Within 30 minutes, I received a call back requesting my address and also gave me an up-front cost. Jackson was there within 15 minutes of the phone call. A professional sprinter van with the company logo showed up and within minutes, my problem was resolved!! I liked that he verified home ownership and asked for my I.D. I'm thankful that good people and quality customer service with reasonable prices still exist within our river region. I highly recommend this company, very professional!?

I am beyond impressed with the service we received from River Region Locksmith!! Our food truck trailer lock was jammed and we were in a panic. They arrived promptly and was incredibly patient as he worked through the issues with our lock. His expertise was evident as he carefully troubleshot the problem and implemented a solution.

Not only did he fix the existing lock, but he also provided recommendations to prevent future issues. His dedication to customer service was exceptional. We are so grateful to have our trailer secure once again thanks to River Region Locksmith. I highly recommend River Region Locksmith for any locksmiths needs. 10/10 service!

I highly recommend river region locksmith. I went in to have a copy of a key made. They stopped what they were doing and made a copy of my key. Fast and efficient. I tested the new key when I got home and it worked perfectly. Very affordable.

Worst. Experience. Ever. Owner was unfriendly and unapologetic for wasting my time, 4 hours to be exact, because he didn’t know how to provide the service I requested. He ended up providing me with a free key to my car - that he made inoperable by disabling the remote that was working with I arrived nor was he able to program the ones I brought to him. I wish my experience could be been like the other reviews but it wasn’t. Capital Auto Locksmith had our car up and running in less than 30 mins and the tech was kind, courteous, and professional.
