This is THE WORST LIGHT COMPANY. Horrible customer service, they did not help anyone out because of the Pandemic and on top of that they RAISED THEIR PRICE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 3-7pm SINCE APRIL and it will be like that until SEPTEMBER(the terrible heat months) They do this “Because they can and it is perfectly legal” and they OWN THE ELECTRIC WORK DONE ON THE BUILDING SO WE HAVE NO CHOICE AND THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT IN EVERY WAY THEY CAN. I hate that they have the HIGHEST PRICES ALL AROUND, and very unfortunately for where I live they are the ONLY COMPANY ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING. As soon as I CAN I WILL LEAVE THIS COMPANY AND HOPE TO NEVER HAVE TO USE IT AGAIN. I LITTERALLY HAVE UNPLUGGED AND TURNED OFF EVERYTHING FROM 3-7pm everyday for the past 2 months and my bill was just $258! From my normal $165 I pay for a TWO BEDROOM APT and WE ARE ALWAYS WORKING, so we leave early in the AM AND COME BACK UNTIL well after 8pm. This is the WORST COMPANY EVER.

They make everything difficult. Installing and starting service, difficult. Making payments and navigating their website, difficult. Canceling my service with them 6 years later, difficult. I'd give a half star rating if I could.
