Jesus and Brad got 2 wells dug on our 30 acre property in short time. We contacted others in the area, but never had much response. Ridge 809 got back quickly and added us to their already busy schedule. Even with a few weather delays and equipment downtime, they knocked it all out within a week. Very impressed with the team of workers, and would recommend to anybody in West Central TN area.

Ridge 809 charges fair prices for their work. They also stay on budget. Jesus treats every project as if he is spending his own money and helps owners make the most cost effective decisions. The people on the Ridge 809 team are experts in land development and they are great to work with.

I had a great experience with Ridge 809. They dug a new well for me last week. I highly recommend this company. During my initial scheduling, the office staff were great to deal with concerning providing me with all the information I needed to estimate the costs. I also spoke with the owner, Jesus, and he could have not been nicer. And then, when they came to drilling the well, their drilling crew could not have been more professional, courteous and kind. They did a great job, didn't make a big mess, and answered every question I had.... one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor in years.

Jesus and team are amazing to work with! It can be extremely intimidating when you're hiring a company especially as a female to complete such an extensive land project for my elderly parents. We were looking to clear out some land we have in Monterey and install a septic system.
Ridge 809 Land Solutions came highly recommended by friends and I am so grateful we chose them. They treated us as if we were family and took the time to explain at great length what we can expect from their team as far as from day one to completion. I never had an issue getting in touch with their office and I was treated with respect at all times. They did a fantastic job! Trying to get a well in our area is difficult as most drilling companies were schedule many months ahead. I called Ridge 809 during June of 2023 to schedule a well. I called multiple times, didn't get any answers. I usually have to wait for them to call me back. We were told we needed to sign the contract and make the deposit first as most companies do, so we did. (This took a couple months or so since the first couple of contracts had my name wrong.)

Once I got the contract and made the deposit after receiving the invoice, the crisis began. Ridge 809 called and said that the deposit has "bounced", even when we had enough funds and the correct details for our bank account. We called our bank and they told us "We haven't received anything from Ridge 809". After we told Ridge 809 we had no errors on our end, they started being rude to us and calling us names, "sketchy" people. I offered to show them our bank statement, but they were not interested and insisted on asking us for double the deposit in cash instead! (According to Ridge 809 they "updated" their policy a couple weeks later after I signed the contract.)

I found out later on the invoice that they wrote my name wrong, AGAIN! I told them we had no fault on our side, and Ridge kept insisting us to pay more than what was initially in the contract. I don't know what kind of business they're doing, but we're no longer doing service with them.

Gentry Drilling scheduled, visited and drilled in our land all in one week, (this was September 4 mind you) no deposits required. Best darn service I've ever gotten!

PS- Their reply below tells you what kind of people these are. As for the "insufficient funds" we did have proof we had enough funds during that time, but it seems they like to blame it on their customers sadly.

On one of our business trips to Tennessee, we were honored the pleasure of visiting a few of the job sites Ridge 809 and crew were developing. The interaction between business and the customers were a pleasure to see. The quality of work being completed was easily noticeable in the details. As we got to spend time with the Ridge 809 crew there was no better display of a family atmosphere. As you watch any small business grow and develope there are growing pains and ways of bettering things. Ridge 809 takes this in stride. We are excited to one day use them on future projects.
