The Staff were very friendly and helpful. When searching for my the product I needed the staff could tell I didn't know where to start looking. One of the staff kindly asked if they could help assist. Very helpful! They have a great garden selection. Highly recommend going there.

I had an exceptional experience at Ace Hardware thanks to Carrie, the store manager! She went above and beyond to assist me with a solution to my mistake of ordering mulch to a different location. Carrie's knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made my visit enjoyable and stress-free. She truly embodies excellent customer service, and I highly recommend visiting this store for all your hardware needs. The mulch project turned out great as well!

I am so upset I found the best vanity for my new room. I am a single young woman with no truck and I found this item at the savers next door. So I hurry and try to get this in my car for it to barely fit. So I check my phone and it’s 5:57 I run over to the store it’s now 5:58. I see a gentleman leaving and as I try to enter the door is locked. They supposedly close at 6 and all I needed was a little rope to get myself home. Instead I did not get the rope because they closed early and had to wait in the parking lot for over an hour trying to find someone with a truck or rope to help me make it home. Long story short sometimes letting that one last customer in can really make a difference for someone’s bad day. Thank you I definitely will not be coming back.

I just had to say how refreshing it was to be treated like a valued customer. I called the store 10 minutes before closing and Lucy, the associate was so kind and helpful and made me feel like she truly cared about my questions and she was able to answer my questions (she really knew her products). She suggested I come in to visit today if I had time. I went to the store this morning and was greeted by John, another wonderful associate. I explained that I had called the day before and would like to see the Natural Gas Weber Grille with 3 burners. He showed me the model they had on the floor, which was for propane but offered to show me the natural gas model that they actually had in the back and used for company cook outs. It was just perfect! I can't believe the only two associates I had come into contact with were so wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting all of the information I needed. I was elated. John sent me to the front to check out while he helped someone else for a moment. Lucy was there waiting for me with all of the delivery information etc. Another gentleman answered a question for Julie about timing for the delivery and he was wonderful also. I have to say, that was my first time in an ACE store, but it won't be my last. They totally spoiled me! I have never been treated like that at a big box store. PLUS, the price was right too! ACE had the best price for the WEBER Grille that I bought. You can't ask for more than that! THANK YOU ACE HARDWARE!

Poor customer service, and I expected better from a non-big box store. They did not answer their phone when I tried to call, the cashier directed me to another department in a somewhat rude manner. When I I asked about an item on their website, I was told it’s discontinued. Now, I know website products shown are not managed locally, that was just one more disappointing part of the experience.

I called the store the day before to see if they cut keys, and I was told what time the employee who did that came in. When I arrived, I was asked from across the store if there was anything I needed help with. I told her, and she helped me right away. I had a slightly unusual key situation, which she figured out, and handled professionally, courteously, and she was very friendly. In addition, their price was significantly lower than anyone else I had checked with in the area. Also, she made sure to have me tell her if the key worked or not. I recommend this store.

For their size, they have many solutions., I loved the dog biscuit loss leader fill-the-bag deal; however, our zip lock container was full of weebles or similar a few weeks after purchasing. Disgusting
