Lily (or Lili, Lilee, etc.) is always the best part of the visit. She listens to my stupid stories while I look around and is always helpful with product recommendations if needed. Every time I go there is a great experience.

I've been to probably six different tobacco shops in the Wausau area, and this is, hands down, the best shop I've found. While they have tons of vaping stuff, I'm all about their cigar selection: This is my new go-to for northern and central Wisconsin. They have everything you'd expect in terms of well-known cigar brands, and their humidor (which is also the nicest I've seen in the area), has devoted an entire section to customer-requested cigars. I found, for example, some nice Tatuaje at a good price that I haven't seen in any other shops. To really top things off — and it's the main reason I'm leaving a review — the staff/ownership is really personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. If I didn't have to get back to work, I would've spent a good while longer just talking with the owner.
