Every experience i have with Shawn is positive and professional, any questions or comments I have are answered. I just had a job with 2 pcs that I didn't fully put together because I didn't have the time to. So I ended up bringing them to him with the request to put together clean and transfer all data from the old to the new and he did it perfectly in a timely manner he even ended up giving me an extra power cord along with the job because I didn't have an extra one. All I have to say is 5 stars from the work done to how quick and professional he is about it amazing place to go highly recommend

I have been using Rethink Tech for computer services for a number of years now. Shawn has been great, and has provided a number of services....from a new laptop keyboard, to restoring & cleaning up an older laptop for a granddaughter, to providing a rebuilt system at low cost to our church. Great range of services/lots of expertise/very competitive pricing/quick turnaround and courteous service. I highly recommend Rethink Tech.

My computer I purchased in 2009 and finally had to give it up. I contacted Shawn Michael Kirkbride, of Rethink Tech, and he did the PC Setup, transferring of my data from the old computer, set up my printer and I am a happy camper. I am not computer smart, but Shawn took his time with me and did a fantastic job in spite of all the questions I asked. Actually he should get extra points because where I have my computer set up is not an easy place to work. I give Shawn 5 stars and would not hesitate to recommend him.
