I love working with our CSR, Lykeria who is very detailed. She is always ensuring that we are on time with proofing and approval. In the world of fast pace funerals, we can get overwhelmed with all the stuff to do in a short amount of time but having a rep like her keeps us accountable, on task and ultimately makes sure that our families services are beautiful by your memorial products. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. This company totally ruined what should have been a beautiful homegoing celebration for my uncle.
I created the Obituary and sent it to the funeral home. They sent it to be printed. Now, not only did they change the font to an elementary style and size, they left out an entire paragraph, changed his age from 69 to 96! Added 3 spaces between each line as well as added other “art” that we did not request. I printed a copy at home and it came out perfect on my home printer. They are professional printers so they could’ve printed from png format just as I sent it. After the funeral we reached out to Murray and Son, here in Georgia to try and rectify this. No, they couldn’t correct their error. They wanted us to send exact steps of what we wanted. It was simple, print what we sent. They were very petty to ask us to send everything we wanted written out. My family is grieving still. We were embarrassed with obituaries with numerous typos. This is not a professional company. Beware.

The customer service is exceptionally nice, professional, and respectful! It has been a pleasure working with Alexis. I responded no because they far exceeded my expectations as they have done for the now nine years that I have been working with them. Their accuracy and quick return of proofs in the death care industry is above reproach. My graphics designer Rodney, Nicole and others work diligently to capture the essence of each loved one I have presented to them, and each family has been wowed. My customer service representative, Alexis, and Mia are the best in the industry. They work with me until my families are pleased. They quickly take ownership and rectify any issues. I couldn’t be more happier and pleased with Remembrance Keepsakes and highly recommend them without any reservations. When my mother transitioned July 2022, I already knew RK was going to do the obituary and the team worked well after normal business hours to get us the proof to review, and my family and I were beyond pleased.
