I have been extremely satisfied with the services provided by Christy and Kathy at Regus. They consistently assist clients in a friendly and professional manner. If you require assistance or accommodations, they strive to ensure your needs are met, going above and beyond for all of us, which we greatly appreciate.

We always receive a warm welcome upon our arrival. My mail and clients are directed to me promptly, and the boardroom offers beautiful views of the city. Refreshments are readily available, and they even arrange for lunch when needed, taking excellent care of us. Additionally, they maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area behind everyone, which is not part of their job description, yet they do it effortlessly.

We truly value the dedication of Christy and Kathy at Regus.

Avoid at all costs…

It’s an old building. Moldy carpet. Musty smells. Bathrooms are pretty gross with the drywall soggy from a pipe burst on the floor above at some point. Most ceiling tiles are gone. The elevators are in rough shape and will have you praying the whole ride up and down. They do not get serviced properly.

The walkway from the garage has the worst of the mold issues. So much pigeon poop and mold smells around that door that you have to hold your breath. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was a health issue.

I rent an office here with Regus on the 10th floor. The carpet is old and the cleaning service doesn’t vacuum. They just take trash, so you’ll need to bring your own vacuum I realized. The kitchen and bathrooms remind you of an old dorm setup. Guys don’t flush the urinals so it reeks of ammonia in the halls near the bathrooms. Kitchen smells like decades of cheap dish soap and the fridge stays pretty gross from forgotten food.

The thermostats in the hallways are the only ones that work. So if the hallway needs heated or cooled, your office gets blasted with ice cold air or hot air until the hallway has reached temp. No way to change the temperature of an office you pay for. You just sweat or freeze.

Regus internet is poor at best. We pay extra for “Priority Internet” and maybe get 50mb on a hardlined connection. In a town with EPB, it just doesn’t make sense. But the system’s latency is so bad that downloading or uploading large files can take multiple attempts due to timeouts. I’ve got a new iPhone and I can’t even doom scroll waiting for files to download because the wifi is so poor. And daily my devices all just lose internet for a few minutes randomly.

My business is expanding and I need a place that supports shipping/receiving, so I’ve got to move. But they don’t allow you to break a lease. The only option is to keep paying monthly until your lease term is up. So if I cant get out of my lease, I’ll at least voice these concerns so they’ll hopefully fix some of these issues.

Not an office setting I'd recommend. One of our payments didn't register in their system. We immediately received notice that they were locking us out of our office and taking possession of our belongings until payment was received. We had made the payment on time and cleared up the issue but knowing that is their immediate reaction lets you know what kind of business is run here. Just one example of several issues we've run into here.

Ms Kathy went above and beyond to ensure my visit to Charles Swabb was not in vein, although I did not have an appointment, which they do require. She and her coworker were very accommodating and made my wait comfortable. Thank you ladies 💓

Customer service here is definitely lacking. I contacted them to inquire about a business address and potential office space and the guy acted as if I was an idiot for wanting those things. He was very condescending.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I canceled my agreement with them multiple times and even received confirmation emails acknowledging the cancellation. However, to my dismay, they continue to send me invoices and threaten to send me to collections.

Their deceitful tactics and lack of integrity are truly disheartening. It's clear that they care more about squeezing money out of their customers than providing a genuine and reliable service. Dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare, with no one taking responsibility for their mistakes or attempting to rectify the situation.

I strongly advise against doing business with this company. Their practices are unscrupulous, and they have shown a complete disregard for their customers' concerns and wellbeing. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reputable and trustworthy company to work with.

One of the ladies was pretty nice. The other not so much. Either way I had an issue with one of their tenants and the younger girl stuck her nose in simply because their walls are paper thin and because I was upset with the awful people at Ameritrade. Maybe when their bank seizes all her money leaving her unable to pay rent buy food etc.. then it can be her turn to not become upset with a person/business lying and walking all over her. Good luck with that.
