Very friendly staff. They don't show you the scale screen and tell you the weight of the items you brought in. They just tell you how much ($$$) your getting.

On the bright side, I have a recycling center near me.

My mom went to this location to recycle like 5 huge bags of plastic and metal. She also went to this location a couple months before this trip and that time she had like almost 5 complete bags. That time she got like 60-75 bucks for it, and apparently the customer service was alright, but this time she went she only got 47 bucks for 5 full huge bags of plastic and metal. When she got there and dumped everything. They weighed it and my mom wanted to see the weight the man was “There, There Take it off” multiple times and only left each basket on for like less then 5 seconds. So when she went to get the money for the plastic and metal. It was only 47 dollars for more than the last time. even tho the prices were the same. Terrible place to sell plastic and metal. They will scam you behide your back. Be careful

There lunch hours are posted 12-12:30 but it is really from whenever to whenever. Their employees leave and refuse to be communicative or helpful as to why they just aren't open or doing anything. Wasted an hour and a half waiting to turn in recycles.

In response to the reply. I did ask the only person there, who was locking the gate at 12:30. He said they'd be back at 1. Mind you I got there at 12:04 because the lunch hours weren't online. I came back for 1 and waited till 1:20. Other people waiting there also asked. Not sure what answer he got but after the better part of 1.5 hours I drove 6 minutes to ags.

I finally went today after asking the owner a million times if were they open lol! I went pretty early, no wait. The men there are super friendly, nice, polite, helpful, and especially patient. They were organized with what they needed you to do to get everyone in and out efficiently. Thank you gentlemen.
