I am writing to express my concern about my recent experience with one of the ultrasound technicians during my appointment. While I had a very positive interaction with the front desk staff, who was welcoming and kind, my experience with the technician performing my imaging was quite distressing.

Before the procedure began, I mentioned to the technician that I was feeling extremely nervous, as this was my first time undergoing imaging that is an invasive procedure, and I have always struggled with anxiety in medical settings. Despite explaining this to her, the technician was impatient throughout the exam. She sighed audibly several times and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Her demeanor was dismissive, which only heightened my anxiety and made an already difficult situation even more uncomfortable.

I understand that healthcare professionals are often busy, but compassion and understanding go a long way, especially when dealing with patients who are already anxious about their health. I left the appointment feeling uneasy and unsupported, which is not something I expect from a medical visit.

They should ensure that all patients are treated with kindness and patience, particularly in situations where they are feeling vulnerable. I hope this helps improve the experience for future patients.

No problems! Did paperwork on line at home. Met with worker at appointment time and signed paperwork I had emailed back to the office. Waited short time and was called in for exam. Procedure was explained and I understood what was being done and the visit was quickly over. Was given info on when my results would be sent to my Dr and myself. All offices I was in were clean and the whole process moved along easily. The experience was All Positive!

Very quick for a shoulder, and hand x-ray. Love the technology checking in at the front, it was very user friendly and easy all staff was polite and nice from what I could see.

They like you to check in 30 mins prior
I was there to check in at 11:15am
After check in I barely waited 5 mins when they came for me
10 - 15 mins later I'm walking out the door
In and out , that was nice

Outstanding front desk check- in and overall great customer service, and convenient location. Xray technician clearly explained what was happening. It was very clean and quiet and very roomy waiting area.
