It was a pleasant experience. The grounds are well kept. I was a a field trip with my 1st Graders to see the Harlem Hoopsters Basketball team interactive performance... They were very entertaining with their tricks & antics. The space was crowded & loud, but the children enjoyed themselves 🏀

As a visiting student, I had the opportunity to take epermit courses at CUNY Queens College when my home institution was unable to offer classes I needed for my bachelor’s degree. My experience was exceptional from start to finish.

Staff at Queens were incredibly helpful and excellent. I was especially impressed by the Registrar's Office, which was far more responsive and organized than my home college. My time at Queens College even more enjoyable.

The professors were fantastic—knowledgeable, approachable, & dedicated to student success. The courses were challenging, enriching, and aligned perfectly with my academic goals.

Queens College also offers a beautiful campus with a beautiful skyline view of manhattan. A huge plus was the location—being able to commute to campus without needing to take a train was a real convenience and made the whole experience even easier.

One thing I do wish is that Queens College offered a full 4-year engineering program like City college does, but overall, my experience was outstanding. The quality of education, supportive staff, and the vibrant campus life made it an invaluable experience, & I would highly recommend it to anyone considering taking courses as a visiting student.

The facilities here are overall decent. Personally, it doesn’t stand out among the rest of the CUNY campuses. Some parts of the campus feel really isolated and walking around on campus doesn’t provide you with an amazing “experience”. The staff is genuinely a hit or miss and the offices are usually not very helpful. However, still achieved the purpose I came here for and met a lot of amazing people. If your goal is to get an education and you’re looking for a place that is worth the money, QC is alright.

I am glad I transferred from IUPUI campus to CUNY. I will graduate with Anthropology degree, debt free . Love the QC CUNY campus along with free QC Red/black CUNY shuttle bus for students that has certain pick and drop off points . Simply fantastic to be on beautiful QC CUNY campus, along with CUNY/ QC red-black shuttle bus 🚌. I love riding it everyday from Jamaica/ sutphin Blvd to CUNY campus classes . Transferring to CUNY was my correct choice. Thanks all😃🇺🇸.

Class of 2023

I transferred from Bronx Community College to finish my BA in English. I found a home in the Transfer Honors Program with Dr. Yamato which made the entire experience worthwhile. I highly recommend the program if you have the grades for it.

Some great professors I had were John Weir, Lori Yamato, Seo Young Chu, Braillen Hopper
