The whole experience was fantastic. Checking in was very simple, my mammogram was efficient, well-explained, and the technician, was excellent (sorry, wish I’d noted her name).
Immediately following my mammogram was a breast ultrasound. I’ve had them before but Karen was gentle and very kind. She was very quick about bringing my results. I give this facility an A+!

I have to say Providence in Chino Hills staff is so amazing. I've been helped by Evenlyn front receptionist in person and on the phone, very great patient services. Had a ultrasound done today by Karen, she made me feel very comfortable and answered every question she was able to help me with. Karen knows her job very well and I thank your company for hiring amazing staff. God bless you all

Be prepared for a less-than-stellar experience with the front office staff in terms of scheduling, communication and records access. But once you get passed that chaos the medical staff seems to be very competent and pleasant. A special commendation to Mabelyn who did my MRI. She almost single handedly redeemed the office staff.

As a person with severe claustrophobic issues I am always skeptical of having an MRI done. At providence chino hills, I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and professional attitude of Helen at the desk and my tech Elizabeth. I have never felt so at ease and confident while completing my MRI. As a big man also the wide width MRI they offer is exactly what I needed. I highly recommend rezolut chino hills for everyone

I am so glad I found this place. The entire staff and front office was so helpful and kind. Jazlynn was absolutely amazing. She jumped through hoops to get me into an appointment and was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She went above and beyond and was incredible! The technician Priscilla was also beyond amazing, and had the sweetest demeanor, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I had so much anxiety and the amazing staff really helped me feel calm and relaxed. I can’t thank you all enough and I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family for all their imaging needs.

I had a very unpleasant experience. My appointment was at 7 o'clock, but when I arrived at the entrance, the door was not open, after that, I left a voicemail, and then the receptionist opened the door for me. Then, the person taking the MRI told me that I was late, and her attitude was very rude. She asked me to undress in a public area and did not provide any other clothing. When I came out, I was only wearing underwear, and there was a man waiting outside to have an MRI. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
