I have been working with property meld for about three years now.
I truly do believe their software has made our property management company ten times better at addressing repairs. Their constant online support staff helps us anytime we run into issues (which is rarely) and the platform makes user interface with owner, vendors, and residents a breeze. 1000% worth the investment. The Property Meld platform does what the sales team say it will do. You can expect to see dramatic improvements from however you were operating before by implementing this platform.
My team's maintenance operations went from 5 techs who were "always" busy but rarely billing a complete day with lead times in the 3-5 day range for repairs, to 4 technicians (one transitioned to another department) that are more productive while getting to the same volume of requests (or more) within 1-3 days. We've also had a handful of 5-star google reviews sourced by our maintenance team within the first month. Being able to see individual and team performance data is just an added bonus. I would certainly recommend Property Meld to anyone looking to level up their maintenance operations.

Using the Meld program really helps with organization , scheduling and billing. It makes it easy to communicate with the Meld team and the tenants to ensure timely service when possible. I would like to see a change of invoice payments to be electronic instead of a hard check in the mail but other than that I really Like the way it is set up .

There is no better Support Team than the team at Property Meld. Their dedication to their clients is truly unmatched. They LISTEN and actually implement client feedback for feature improvements. The best part is, they're incredibly fast with their responses and solutions. You're never told "this can't be done"... it's always "here's a work around until we can implement that." Not only is their team great, but the software itself is incredibly user-friendly and has been a game-changer for improving our operations. I highly recommend!

Run don't walk. This company is cut throat and awful. If it doesn't work for your company to utilize and doesn't fit to your business model they will not allow you to exit. There is NO 30 day guarantee and there is NO satisfaction guarantee. If you find you need to cancel because it is not good for your business, there is no way out. They will continue charging. Extremely expensive and if you have property management software or AppFolio they have a workflow for maintenance that actually works perfectly and that is part of their program with no additional fees. You do not need this "service". Beware!
