DO NOT USE! I tried to do my scheduled CLEP exam today at 11 am. The app took 2 hours of constant troubleshooting before it would work. I even did a systems comparability check before and it was fine. Tried to use the chat support and the only advice was “delete and reinstall”. Tried calling on the phone, no answer. When I finally got the app to work, the “room scan” would not be verified by anyone. My exam time expired and I was not able to take my CLEP exam. Absolute garbage programming and support. NEVER again!

This is hands down the worst software I have ever used.
If you want to become enraged by technical issues, then this software if for you.
You pretty much have to remove everything from your computer, including your antivirus software for this thing to even work.
With today's technology, there is absolutely no excuse for such a poor application.

I wish I could give this negative stars. The app is terrible sucks, the helpline employees suck. They made my boyfriend tear apart his entire room for an hour looking for a hidden camera (who do they think he is) for him to not even take his exam. Total waste of time and money, I hope it goes out of business for how awful it is.

This business is truly quite annoying. I used their website and the proctor to schedule my CLEP exam. The proctor kept ordering me to click random buttons and download and remove random items when I first started my exam. Naturally, this makes perfect sense because I was attempting to use the software appropriately for my test. He advised me to leave, obtain help, and return because he was unable to resolve the issue. He was essentially advising me to click the wrong button and did not even know how to utilize the exam correctly himself, according to the college board when I contacted. This customer service is very appalling. This only added to the anxiety I was already feeling about my test.

This company and its service is total disaster. The service people don’t know what they are doing. Their software has glitch most of the time. On-boarding is not smooth. ID scans cannot be focused regardless of how times you do or change your device or get an external hd camera. The response time is very long as well. Do not recommend this at all

After the first exam which took proctor track 1 hour and 45 mins to fix I swore to my self I will never take an online exam through them. Hence my second exam was in person. I drove 50 mins paid for parking and took the exam at Humber. The third exam due to their lack of availability I had to book on line. After 2 hours and 30 mins and telling me all the IT issues are at their end they said I can't take the exam today. Mind you I took two days off to prepare and take this exam. Then they had the audacity and nerve to ask me to schedule a time so we could go into depth step by step so that I can help them resolve IT issues. If you have any self respect or value your time you don't want to schedule online exams through Proctor track EVER.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Absolute garbage experience every single time! My town doesn’t have a place for me to go in person for my exams and this is my only option and I start every exam shaking almost crying because of the issues with this terrible company! I’m 35 and pretty good with technology, their whole program is the worst thing ever!!!! I will be calling my college and complaining also. I’m so mad and have to hopefully start my exam in 2 minutes now.

THEY HUNG UP AND BLOCKED MY NUMBER!!!! Could give 0 stars if possible. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Incompetent “help” service. Entirely a joke. Missed test after test because of confusion. If you want to waste your time and money and sanity, this service is for you. Stay away at all costs.
