Walked in to get business cards, flyers, car magnets and shirts. Chris was kind of not interested in talking to me as he was chitchatting with one of his friends in the back. He finally helps us and gave great ideas but never followed through. I gave him everything he asked for via email the same day I was in his shop. I had to walk into to his shop 1 week later because he would not answer my emails regarding my order. He finally gave me a sample of my business cards and I approved them. The flyer never was made and he never printed the cards that I approved. Here we are 3 weeks later with no response. He claimed the holidays had to be spent with family. I understand that but an email stating that would have been great. Might be true that he is racist from other posts on here. I was just trying to help a small business in my area but didn't want my business.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris at Print Pros for my business cards and the stickers I use when I service an AC, and I couldn't be more impressed with the result. From start to finish, Chris was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the design process and ensuring every detail was perfect. When I got the first business cards, the letters where actually I little bit lighter than what he expected, and he actually re-print them and gave me other ones for free. He told me that they didn't meet his quality standards. I’m still here and the owner seemed kind of racist I walked in no attention what’s so ever he was to busy talking to visitors I guess then he proceeded to tell me if I didn’t see the sign like what the hell aren’t you supposed to serve the customer that prices are nice but just not comfortable enough to come back
