My CrossFit Coach recommended Stacey after I was having recurring knee issues. I started with Stacey this summer and did 4 months with her. I saw improvements in both my pain level and range of motion and also gained a better understanding of the way my body moves and how to move it. We were entirely remote and all I completed my workouts (3 workouts a week) through an app and had bi-weekly video chats with her to discuss goals, progress, and make any changes we needed. Stacey is very open to communicating and made adjustments as needed to make the process more suited to my needs. I would’ve LOVED to do in person but I live several hours away. I would definitely recommended her services for anyone looking to reduce pain, improve range of motion and help prevent injury. Nothing I did was too difficult and there were videos and explanations for each movement. Stacey reviewed my workout within 24 hours (usually less than 12 hours) and provided feedback.

I would’ve continued with her for another 4 months but had to make some tough financial decisions. That’s not to say that her services were extremely expensive, I just had a change in my budget. I feel her prices were much less than what you would pay a personal trainer at the gym. I also am able to take the knowledge/movements we did with me and implement them in my daily movements so that I don’t regress.

I highly recommend Stacey and Preventive Life regardless of if you are experiencing pain or want to just improve your range of motion! She is very passionate about her clients and treats you like family.
