Too be honest,I had the WORST experience here when I visited at this study site,I personally taken 4hours out of my personal time just too come here and be mistreated and lied too‼️‼️I was so excited about participating in their study,instill they lied too me‼️The lady name Anna who the nurse had terrible bedside manners,during the screening visit she kept constantly in and out the room asking me questions,the office manager was very nasty to me after I told her I was upset about the fact they requested me to sign my name IN THE SAME FORMAT''!!! I even told her how I the patient felt during the visit she didn't acknowledge the amount of time I was there,and driving a 45 Minute drive from my home and wanted to try me with $25 after I did the full screening visit for 4 hours out my time then they wanna lie to me that I couldn't participate in the study after they was frustrated with a repeated ekg" they had to do!!! It ain't have to do with no ekg",.. it had something to with the fact I wasn't gonna allow them to treat me like a "Ragdoll" I would NOT recommend this study site for no one,because they have you there for hours and NOT even offer no lunch no snack no drink nothing for your time they don't respect a person time period, if you don't realize if you visit them their whole office is empty with no patients then that go your answer there they NOT good to the patients!!!!

Participated there not too long ago. My coordinator Pam was amazing. Very professional, informative, kind, and basically on point. The whole experience was awesome. I would definitely return. Keep up the amazing work Pam! Thank you!

I love coming to the clinic (Coral Springs locatio). The team (Pam, Judy, Gale) are the sweetest ladies and they make dealing with a condition so difficult seem easy. Beautiful personalities and i appreciate the patience and attention to my needs, the attention to each patient. They make my experience the best each and every time!

I've been going here for a while now and it's been one of the greater parts of the time I've had since first finding out I have crohns disease. Pamela Ryan has helped me out a lot, has always been cheerful, and is very respectful and informative with what I've been through and how to continue going forward with my condition. It's like being with family. You guys are stuck with me.

This place is a joke. I requested information about a heartburn study. I received a call from a Veronica but did not answer because I didn't recognize the number. After listening to the voicemail I IMMEDIATELY called back She did not answer. She called me back later and I was on the other line. I IMMEDIATELY called her back again. I have tried calling back multiple times. Every time I call she does not answer. Very unprofessional and I am blocking their number.

Everyone there is very incredibly kind and Helpful. Especially Pam ,she is so knowledgeable and eager to help with whatever need you have. She handle everything in a timely manner, so happy with her service .

This is a great research company. When you go ask for Gina. She is super efficient, knowledgeable and respectful of you time. When I have any questions and concerns she makes sure she addresses them. I am extremely pleased with this company and staff.
