Greg is the most upstanding, knowledgeable, and good-hearted tow truck operator I've had. With decades of experience in the field, he provided me with top-tier service, excellent guidance in the right direction, incredible insight, and with the best attitude, professionalism, and kindness. I was able to get my starter replaced safely today and I couldn't have done it without his help. I can't thank you enough!

Best paint job I have ever had and when my truck flipped and rolled I had to laugh because there was almost no scratches and the paint job they did was still shiny. Again they had done an EXCELLENT JOB. The truck I just bought needed to be diagnosed and fixed so it could pass smog and they gotten fixed and passed smog. Excellent job with all they fixed with the trasmission.

They were very honest on everything about my old 1976 Ford F150. Honesty is the best policy ever. They are polite and work with you with what they can.

Today we called AAA a driver named Steve from Lake Isabella picked me up and towed my aunt car 100 miles.

I felt unsafe. He made me feel so comfortable and gave me water. We talked the entire trip.

I'll tell you what! I had my car serviced 3 weeks ago and saw oil leaking from my replaced valve cover and THEY TOOK MY CAR IN SAME DAY! was so honest about what happened! Fixed it in one day! And didn't try to make it something I did!

Wes and his crew went the extra mile to get all the damage to my car fixed in a very timely manner, dealing with getting parts and all the work done. Even shuttled me back and forth to the local motel since it took 2 days to get the parts. Well done!

Great friendly service from Wess and Caroline the owners of precision automotive. They kept the shop open past 5:00 p.m. their closing time to repair our Riverside jeep club member TJ Jeep that broke down. They have towing trucks and are members of AAA. The service was great, the price was reasonable. This shop offers pride in workmanship and old style great service as it used to be!!!
