The phone recruiters need to do a better job. There’s absolutely no way I spent 2 hours on the phone answering questions and finishing them for the call to drop 2 times right before booking my time slot. Just be told my spot has been taken . And this is not the 1st time they have done this to me. It’s starting to feel a little personal. 3 dates available as soon as I got on the phone and after I’m done answering all the screening questions.i got told yes for my appointment just to be told sorry our calls got dropped and was not even called immediately after I had to call them! Spoke to a “supervisor” Christopher and he couldn’t care less. If someone is on a call answering screening questions their appointment slot should not be given to someone else!!!! It should at least be on hold temporarily.

How in the hell are any sponsors working w/ this ghetto, unorganized, broke down company! I went in for check in & they had broke down ECG machines that didn’t work, I was laying on the table for over 15 min for them to tell me they had to go down to another floor & get a machine that worked. The doctors 🥼 were running around like a chicken w/ their head cut off because they don’t schedule the studies of participants exiting & screening properly and overlap their time schedules! They OVERBOOK too many ppl for screenings so even if you have good labs, you’ll get cut because they fill slots too quick. I was smart enough to have a back up plan w/ another research facility because PPD had me wait over 2 FULL WEEKS (15 days) to get a response just to let me know They over filled the study and I won’t be a part of it. Don’t waste your time here, go online and find other research facility.

The staff at ppd orlando office are very dishonest and unprofessional. They encourage participants to refer other participants, but give a run around whenever it's time to pay referral stipend. They also do not give heads-up to participants who have been referred to by others, that they can fill out referral forms. They are also very unorganized! It makes no sense that you speak to anyone whether by phone or in person! They lack the tenacity to be professional! No wonder AIs will be taking over their jobs in the near future!

Not sure why this has so many bad reviews. Their very organized and nice, and the nurse tried to help me when she didn't have to. Yes, some of the representatives have thick accents but they can't help that, and are still patient when you ask them to repeat themselves, which I did a lot. I think the fact that everyone was willing to help is what made the experience nice.

The person running the place, Ellen I believe is beyond unempathetic, abrasive . I asked for flexibility during the recent August storm and she couldn’t allot 15 mins past 8:15. Everyone showed up late; including staff .

Didn’t leave with paperwork . Could not get a copy of the labs for over a week. No one was proactive in returning calls. The event starts on Wed . Today or Friday . No regard for participants traveling in to the unit at all. Awful customer service experience.

I was the target of multiple crimes while in a clinical trial at PPD in 2022, which was perpetrated by PPD staff, who also involved another clinical trial participant in the organized and coordinated schemes against me. PPD administrators attempted to silence me by way of threats, in order to cover up the crimes committed against me on premises. Nurse Thanh and a Japanese study volunteer committed the initial crimes, and others were involved in the attempted silencing and coverup attempts - including two doctors, a study manager, and the subject relations manager Trish who works in Austin Texas. There were also a couple of acts of retaliation by PPD as well as somene connected to Nurse Thanh, as a result of me formally complaining. I have not yet started looking for legal representation, but I will be suing in federal court for numerous violations of the law, even if I have to represent myself.

I urge anyone who's looking to do a clinical trial - aka clinical research study - to avoid PPD and look on the StudyScavenger website and JALR website for great companies to participate in high-paying healthy volunteer clinical trials with. Unless you don't mind becoming a crime victim with no protocol or protection in place to properly treat and assist study participants who are victims of very serious felony level crimes while inpatient in clinical trials at PPD.

The water dispenser was filled with mold. And bathroom shower also filled with mold. People are getting sick 😫 🤮🤮🤮 also Bruno is the worst, will lose your referral form and claim it was never filled out. Even though had multiple people saying it was.

My advice it’s don’t even waste your time with this company. they are not reliable, total disorganization with Pharmaceutical studies. No wonder they always get cancelled for trials studies . Don’t waste your time .
