My 4 year old gaming laptop was in dire need of a cleaning, fans running into overdrive. Leo's service was fast and friendly. New thermal pads, and thermal paste as well as a full internal cleaning. There was a delay due to my thermal padding needing to be ordered, and Leo was quick to communicate with me about the delay.

I recommend Leo to anyone with any electronics issues.

Power Up Computers is the place to go when you need computer help. Leo helped me replacing an old Apple computer with a much better one and then helped when I had a problem. I came recommended from a friend with the intention of fixing my old iMac but he explained to me why that would be more costly than getting a newer one. He didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need or overcharge me like other places do. His customer service is the best.

Power Up Computers and Leo are awesome! I wanted to get my wife a nice Christmas present. She had been wanting a desktop computer. I went in the “big box” store and waited around for 30 minutes just to get somebody to talk to, only to find out that their selection was very very limited. Then I went online to The top computer maker and built up what I wanted, in terms of processor, solid state Drive, drive size that I wanted, and the ram, etc. after designing what I wanted… I would’ve had to take out a loan to pay for it. I stumbled across Leo‘s shop because of his ratings, and I went in there and talked to him. I was a little worried that he was in a building that was off the beaten path, and that I had to dodge a few stacks of used computers on my way to his counter… but he was super nice, as in… he seemed to care about what I wanted… He told me how long he had been in business there and I knew how many good Google reviews he had so I decided to give it a shot.. He told me he could start with a used machine that he already had in stock, that had a super fast processor, and then put whatever I wanted on it and so we did that., And now my wife has a desktop Computer that I am envious of!! It’s the fastest computer we’ve ever had and it works flawlessly… for a FRACTION of the cost. And he has service after the sale! I had one issue installing MS office… I called Leo. He walked me through it. It is so nice to have somebody that can do that. I would’ve had to gone in the queue at the “big box” store and waited for days Probably just to even talk to somebody with a little piddly problem. I can’t recommend this place enough.
