We came by to replace my Toyota car key. We were met with great customer service and support. Upon arrival, we were helped promptly. Right away we were given a reasonable price for what we needed. He quickly started working and even programmed it to my car all in the span of ten minutes. What a great attitude and very knowledgeable business. I bought and programmed my 2012 Chevy Traverse car remote. The guy was very helpful and approachable. Took only a few minutes to program the remote. Best shop for any kind of key and lock repairs in the town. Would come in the future for services and highly recommend to everyone.

I am so happy with the service I got from Lock and Key I called at 10am he told me how much it would be and said he would be at my house in 30min. Once he arrived it only took him 30min to make and program my car key. The key and remote cost the same price of just the key at the dealership(I would have had to get it towed to the dealership) so i would have paid extra for the remote and the tow . I know how frustrating losing keys is but he made it quick and easy to get them replaced and saved me so much money. THANK YOU SO MUCH POMONA LOCK AND KEY!!

Went to get a simple hole so I could reattach my key and Allen went above and beyond and gave me 2 keys and when I try to do him a solid in return he refused it only
due to the fact that he’s a stand up man and doesn’t do nice things for strangers he’s jus a genuine man by nature. I would most definitely come down to the Pomona indoor swap meet and link up for this man.

Amazing Job, I take here a very rare key for copies. Because other places said they couldn't do the job it was hard. Here he did fast, good customer service. Cheap Price, good key material, and size. I really recommend to get your keys, locks here.

Allen He’s my guy this guy is very professional and he’s not trying to take advantage of you. He’s the cheapest in town but on point in accuracy with his business he’s a straightforward guy. I’ll recommend him to anybody out there before anybody else professional thank you.
