I had the unfortunate opportunity to work at Polymer Components through a temp agency. I worked very hard for them and more than quadrupled their numbers for production. When the time came to get hired in (520 hours which was more like 560) all they offered was a 50 cent raise. After taxes that's less than 20 dollars a week. They don't care about hard workers who have a great work ethic. It's an embarrassment that I worked there for pennies on the dollar for unintelligent people that truly don't know how to reward hard work. The only take away is I looked out for a few temps under me who are all currently looking to leave. Total waste of my time!
