This office is never opened! I have driven over 30 miles 3 times now and they are always closed!!! Tried to get my tags through the mail and it has been over 30 days, the tag is now expired and I still do not have my tag!

Stopped there to pay my land taxes. Was met by a beautiful young lady that looked this information on file and yea! I had already paid them. The old grey mare ain't what she used to be.

Went in to renew license. The older lady with the poofy white hair and slight tan totally dodged me when I walked in so I had to get help from the brown haired lady. Sat down to fill out paperwork, was almost done and another customer walked in. He waited to be helped and the white haired lady offered him help no hesitation...he then mentioned me being in line before him and said he didn't wanna cut line but the lady looked over at me funny once again and replied to him "just come on". Don't know if she was racist or just picky about who she helps....not trying to play race card here but it is Polk county... I've had struggling and scary experiences here

I have no idea why the bad reviews or harsh words but I have been dealing with same staff for over 8 years. These folks are truly dedicated and go way beyond. I can tell you it does not get better than this. Think twice before saying something negative . Integrity and dedication are alive and well here !!!!
