I own a service dog vest business, now these aren't ordinary vest's, they're vests with style. I walked into the store expecting high quality and with decent turn around. I was promptly greeted and shown a mock up of how it would look by Austin J Porter. I was not disappointed with the style or the service. I will be back

I went In to get my motorcycle vest done. Told Roberta exactly where I wanted the logos placed. She emailed me and said they didn’t place the logos where I wanted them . I go to see how far off it was , and it was Horrible! I purchased a new vest to have it customized and I was told that they will not fix it. I have reported them to Better Business Bureau and will be taking them to small claims court!

Incompetent, petty, and they never deliver. They should be called "POS" instead. I've reported them to the BBB for retaliatory business practices because they actually tried to get me fired over a negative review I wrote on my own time and on my own Google account. Go with Old Town T-Shirt Factory or 4imprint instead.

I used them for our league’s football merchandise and personalized gear and they did such an awesome job! Roberta was very helpful from beginning to end and even worked with our deadlines. The owner, Deborah, was also very nice and kept in touch through the whole process. Overall great experience and all the shirts, hats and gear bags look great! I look forward to working with them again.

For screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, or any specialty t-shirts or company Polo's, Ike and the team at Point of Action are A++! I have been a customer of Ike's for over 5 years and have placed many orders for custom t-shirts, polos and jackets.

I've never ordered hats or team uniforms, but boy o boy their setup and final quality for embroidery or custom leather work on hats is darn impressive.
