Being a photographer is hard even without the people infringing on one's work. Pixsy is one of only a few companies worldwide that help photographers recover lost income, by handling copyright infringement. In my experience - and I've tried a couple of their competitors as well - they are the best. Best communication, highest likelihood of resolving a case, plus a staff that is really friendly, forthcoming and ready to offer individual solutions, should you need them. I had been using Pixsy for a few years for monitoring when they extended their jurisdictions to include my country. Thanks to Pixsy, I got paid for the unauthorized use of my photos twice so far. They get the job done! Both times everything was pretty much on autopilot, once you submit a case that gets accepted.
Their legal partners are very experienced, so they will let you know if a case has poor chances of being successful, and they will not accept it, so there's no time wasted on either end.

Once again Pixsy has recovered royalies from a photo of mine that was appropriated. The infringing company is based in Australia and without Pixy's diligence I would never have found the theft of my intellectual property or been able to pursue payment. Hard to believe that I joined up with Pixsy almost 3 years ago. Since then, the service has paid for itself.
It is not without some challenges: if your image was swiped by an individual and uploaded to a forum or takes place in a few countries where the protections are not as good, they can only offer a take down instead of a copyright case.
There are a few other minor things that bug me (and I have sent them some suggestions), but not enough to put me off.
If you are a visual creative and you are actively out there with your images, you should be protecting yourself. And, some times the best defense really is a good offense!
