I have had slow download (24), and upload (19), for months. I have always been told it was on my end, and I have picked up another modem, but still extremely slow. ? I was told someone would come out to install a new cable box outside, because it was finally discovered it was not on my end, but no credit has been applied, andno one has been out to install a new box, and I am tired of waiting! I am going to give Right Fiber a call. I have had with this company!
EDIT:
It is my opinion that some of these technicians are hacking customers' computers. A technician came to my home and my computer locked up, and started flashing my IP address had been compromised. Later, two of my bank accounts were hacked. KEEP AN EYE ON THEM!!!

Horrible service. Internet literally goes out every single day. Upload speed problems constantly, I have an entire camera roll full to prove it. If you are even slightly thinking about getting service from them DO NOT. I’ve made ticket after ticket after ticket and techs come out, nothing changes. Phone call after phone call. Nate and Caleb did a good job, even though we had an extra long driveway! Still managed to get the job done in a day.
Nate arrived just after the earliest part of the time window for installation, did well at communicating, was friendly, and was quick to adjust to accommodate our installation requests.
Caleb was friendly, polite and very informative and quick in completing the installation.
My signal is already better and faster than it was before. Thanks guys!

Nate was very professional, trustworthy, and kind. He is a perfect example of the type of person you want coming to your home and taking care of your wifi needs. He explained what he was doing throughout the process, ran everything by you before proceeding, worked in a timely manner, and was an all around excellent tech! 10/10 recommend!

inconsistent performance and speeds for the price you pay I'd like to average around 750-850 Mbps but instead I was lucky to get 250-300. and the constant rolling outages with no bill credits were ridiculous
