This is the worst public utility I have ever experienced. The water is constantly off. No notification of what is going on. NO way to contact them after hours to report a problem. When you contact them during business hours to report a problem they couldn’t care less. Something needs to be done. They are a public utility and should be held accountable for their terrible service. At least make us able to contact someone when there is no water after hours. Let us know when the water is shut down and give us some idea of when it will be back on. Water is not a frivolous thing, it is a basic necessity and these people just dont care.

I wished I could give them a negative star rating. This group has are terrible to try and get a hold of or work with. Small town government at its best.
