The Pettit Microelectronics Building contains some offices, meeting rooms, laboratories and cleanrooms for the IEN - Institute of Electronics and Nanotechnology. It contains one of the original cleanrooms for IEN - newer, larger cleanrooms including Bio-Cleanrooms are in the Marcus Building along with the main offices for IEN. The PRC - Packaging Research Center recently joined IEN and is relocating to this building.

The address on Google map is wrong! Seems that this address is "Pettit, Joseph M." Microelectronics building.
But the website and telephone number are correct. According to the website and Georgia Tech campus map, the correct address of "Marcus" Nanotechnology building should be:
345 Ferst Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30318
And the building is located at the NE corner of Ferst Dr @ Atlantic Dr
