Very well organized establishment. In the two year study I participated in, I was never there for more than a few minutes before being taken back. Great communication throughout, and some of the friendliest staff I've ever come across. Reanna, who does the blood draws, may be the best in this town at her job, coupled with amazing bedside manner. Very pleased with the experience.

I went in knowing the process a bit. My wife had been in before. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. They were ready to answer any questions I had about what was going to happen. The procedure that I'm participating in is a COVID vaccine trial. Make sure that you allow 3 hours or so. There should be snacks and/or drinks since they take a lot of blood and keep you as long as they do.

while everyone is courteous, they keep making me feel as if they are doing ME the favor. The other thing I don't care for is that they just give you an appointment without regard for your availability to come in that day. They also cancel your appointment frequently. For the most part, I feel they are professional. They also have several people waiting in the waiting area. Mask are required but it is a small space and no open windows. Surprising the doctor would have this type of setup givin the nature of covid 19

Well I have to say I am very disappointed in the lack of response or any form of communication with this company. I showed interest in doing a Covid-19 Vaccine Trial and received 5-6 calls over a two week period. Once I decided to do the study and explained that I have a pre-existing condition that is not disqualifying, I have not heard back from them. I emailed 3 different people I spoke with and got no response. I've called over a half dozen times and was told someone would call me back. It's been over a month and I have yet to receive a single response. At least have the decency or basic business practice of getting back to people that are trying to help fight this Pandemic. At the very least just communicate something..

My husband and I are both participating in the Moderna phase 3 clinical trial for Covid-19 as healthcare providers. We have been well informed and carefully monitored throughout the process, several times with personal phone calls from Dr Saleh. The entire staff have expressed their appreciation for participating and helping to make this vaccine available to the public. I would definitely recommend volunteering.
