Under the gun to finish a project by Monday and vacation at the lake. Computer gave me the dreaded “blue screen”. Googled and found a highly rated repair shop. They kept it for two days and money / time spent without fixing. Actually made it worse. Called Gerald to see if he had time to look at it. Amazing guy and amazing job. Fixed the “blue death screen” and fixed the numerous errors the other company did when trying to fix my laptop. Highly recommend Gerald. Incredible knowledge and very helpful with the fixes but also what to be aware of in the future. Way better than my support staff in Vegas. His attention to detail is amazing.
