I would give this company a few minus stars if I could. Talked to this man on the phone named "John" and he immediately spoke innappropriately to me as a woman. Made comments such as whether I was married, etc, which is highly unprofessional, unbusiness like, and none of his business. Later apologizing about his off color awkward comments, he proceeded to attribute his behaviour to getting old, excusing his rudeness. He then proceeded to begin to talk religiously about rhe Lord. Later when calling him, he said he could schedule me, and was busy and would get to me in a couple of weeks, and never called back. I called him yesterday and he basically refused to come out bc it would be used in a land dispute. Really What a loser. Dont waste your time with this vulgar, highly unprofessional, inconsiderate, reprobate, jack-wad.
Oh and he is listed in two places on google two diff names Talledega land company or aomething like that. Real pima donna, good ole boy jerk.

Due to some modifications in the federal flood insurance program each division in our company was required to submit a new application and an up to date elevation certificate. We have divisions from the west coast to the east coast and many provided information on the cost and response time for a local surveyor to provide the needed information.
Having that information as a baseline I give Oxford Land Surveying an excellent rating for professionalism, response time and cost. I will certainly continue to use them for other projects in the future and I recommend them to all in need of land surveying services.

They came out, charged half the fee up front, and after months of calling, begging, and calling again, we had to hire another company. They never completed our survey, nor did they return our money. I wish I would've asked around before trusting these guys.
